We called Lindstrom Restoration after we had a pipe burst in our house while we were out of town. We saw the water pouring out on a video camera. It was a Saturday morning with -20 degree temperatures but they came immediately away and got right to work. Heather was amazing in the mitigation and Nick was fabulous in the restoration phase. His communication as he kept us informed on all of the repairs was outstanding and so appreciated!

We had a water line fail in the building I work in, once the call was placed for them to come out their response time was quick and got to work immediately removing the water and damaged areas. Matt A. The service production manger was great at communicating what was happening and answering questions throughout the process. Workers Tim, Micha and Craig worked long days and were thorough in the water mitigation process. They also helped answer questions I had due inh this process. Thankful for their hard work to help us get to the restoration part of the process. Highly recommend for water mitigation needs!
