Very happy with the company. Have unfortunately had to use them twice. They were great both times. Communication was easy and fast. The technicians were professional, yet friendly, and explained everything. Quality of work seemed very good. I will add that one technician made a mistake but this is not a negative. Mistakes sometimes happen. It's how the company handles it that matters. I got ahold of someone immediately and they had someone to the house very quickly. They apologized and in the end, zero harm done. There were several technicians, and all were great. I want to give special kudos to the ones I remember by name. Salvador, Isaah, and Jose. Also to project manager John K. for the stellar way of handling the mistake.
Their new location is awesome! Rachel did a great job with the tour and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. The facility is clean, easy to find, and well-organized, and the equipment is top-notch. I was shocked to see how prepared for any size loss this company is. You can tell a lot about a company by how well it maintains its workspace and how the staff interact with each other, and from what I’ve seen, the team here is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customers. Based on the environment and the pride the team take in their work, I’d feel very confident recommending them to friends and family!
To start the people who did the mitigation were amazing! I do not remember their names because it was very stressful when it first happened. But they were very respectful of all our belongings and were very thorough in making sure they removed everything that had water damage. The next people we worked with was Emily & then Cassie & Isaac. Emily saw my basement & how much of my 31 products & crafts I had and she understood that many things were irreplaceable and she came out with Cassie & Isaac to talk thru how things would be packed up, and asked me if I was ok with the plan. And she made sure boxes were big enough so all my 31 totes and storage cubes wouldn't get crushed or bent. I was sad to hear Emily moved to another position because she was amazing at really making sure I felt comfortable with all my belongings being removed and stored off-site. And then Cassie & Isaac and their teams did the pack out and they were so careful and respectful of everything when they were packing things up. We only had a couple tall cheap standing lamps not make it and I am sure that is because they were cheap lamps not because of them moving them because they wrapped everything so carefully I so appreciated the care they gave to our belongings. And when they brought things back they listened and moved boxes around so I could do the unpacking more easily. Rob- was great & did all the insurance coordinating & we didn't have any surprises or anything come back that wasn't paid by insurance. Jess our coordinator was fabulous and checked in every week with us with a text or phone call or both sometimes. When I had questions she always responded quickly with either who I should contact or she got the answer for me and she empathized when things didn't go as planned. Which it is what happens sometimes when you are doing a full remodel. I always felt like she prioritized my questions. Chad-last but not least he was the project manager and I wish he was independent because we would hire him again in a heartbeat. Things came up here and there & Chad was absolutely fabulous to work with! He wanted to make sure we were happy with the results and when there was a snafu he did everything he could to make sure it was fixed and finished in the way that we wanted, despite it costing them more money. He got bigger samples for us and we just felt like he really cared about us and the end result & us being happy with it. I pray we don't have anything like this happen again but we would call service restoration again in a heartbeat! It sucks to have water damage, but I truly believe you will be glad you hire them because they truly care about their customers. Thank you all for all you did to help us get our basement cleaned up from the sewer line backing up and remodeled back to how it was, and actually even better!!
