We had water damage in our kitchen, and the team did an excellent job with the drying and mitigation process. They were professional, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and kept us informed throughout the job. A special thank you to Zach and Reese for their outstanding work. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Their attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing water damage mitigation or restoration services. Thank you again for the great service!
Absolutely phenomenal service from both Tony and Zach. They were incredibly kind and explained everything throughly. They knew their stuff and got right to saving the house as fast as they could. We had a pipe give out both upstairs and downstairs. The damage affected nearly every room in the house to some degree. We had no idea where to begin regarding this situation. They both were so helpful in navigating the entire process. They told us what we could expect and what we should follow up on. I am so grateful for their help and their knowledge. I truly don't believe this process could have gone smoothly without them. Absolutely reccomend this company, times ten! Cannot say enough about how well they did their job. You will have professional, caring, supportive, knowledgeable people working for you if you choose 911 Restoration to help you with your situation. Thank you for all you did. We appreciate you both, Zach & Tony. - Cheryl & Cassie
Zack is truly one in a million! He actually brought a fair amount of hope back into my life as I try to negotiate moving forward with a most frustrating situation (extensive water damage from a dishwasher malfunction.) He is knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and extremely low pressure. All of that and more made me decide to forego a second opinion and go with him. He has my highest recommendation! His assistant Tony also top notch!
