I wanted to share my recent experience with Thomas and his team after we had a flood at our office. I called Thomas on Friday, and they arrived within a couple of hours. They promptly took pictures, diagnosed, and analyzed the situation before installing their equipment right away. Thanks to their efficient work, our office was fully operational and ready by Monday morning. The team was very knowledgeable and ensured everything was properly dried and removed. Thomas also assisted me with the insurance claim, working closely with the adjuster and insurance company until the very end. Communication was friendly and fast throughout the entire process. From the moment I started communicating with their team they were helpful throughout the entire process. Thomas was able to come to my home within 24 hours and performed a thorough inspection, and we were able to put an action plan together. Later in the week, Marc and Gus came out and completed the mold remediation. They did another inspection to confirm nothing had changed since Thomas came. Marc and Gus arrived ahead of schedule and were effective and efficient in completing the remediation. Thomas follow up to confirm everything went as expected.
