Our sump pump failed the Saturday night before Easter, flooding our basement with four inches of water. I called DryMedic and Kyle was there within the hour assessing and helping move our belongings out of the flood zone. He was great about explaining everything and keeping us in the loop about next steps. A team came over Sunday(Easter!) morning to get started. Jason, Nick and Sean, were amazing workers, very professional, prompt and courteous. They put in long days to ensure our basement didn’t sustain anymore damage and everything was completely dry. They even managed to save our heated floors that had shorted out! Would not wish the situation on anyone, but if it does, would 100% recommend them!

Our family suffered a great loss with a smoke damage so an a former insurance agent I offered to handle the claim since I had experience and knowledge of what it took to handle a claim. No one really knows how much work goes into a total content loss and having parent moved from their home- I know that our parents would have suffered had it not been for this magnificent team from DRYmedic. They were always available no matter the need or question. They checked in and kept me up to date all the time. I honestly can't say enough good things about ALL of them. We chose to hire DRYmedic. I can honestly say that there hasn’t been one day that I regretted having them on our job. They are great communicators, timely, caring, sent photos and reminders. These claims are a-lot for a person to keep up with but DRYmedic made is so easy.. The Content Team consisted of Lauren,Tyler, Vinney,Michael,Tony,Lyo and Rich were kind ,patient and helpful. Our Mitigation Team of Greg,Kyle B,Liz,Jason C, Tori and Mike G were exceptional . Reconstruction came from Stacy,Brittnay and Donnie and they were always available and ready to help us with anything we needed. I would tell anyone who has a claim to hire this company - I don’t believe disappointment is in their vocabulary!!!! A+A+A+ Thank you for getting my family back to where they belong and are safe.
