Right away from the start from Scott & Zeke helping me and my wife understand the mitigation process to Tim and his team I would highly highly highly recommend Rapid Restoration. We had a leak related to our upstairs bathroom and called Rapid Restoration. Zeke and Scott were at our house in minutes ready to help us with the mitigation as well help us understand our insurance claim and the following day Tim and his team were on the job ready to work and did an excellent job. Anything that needed to be remove was taken out with amazing care. Nothing was damaged in the process. Tim was beyond respectful and so friendly, he answered all our questions and was highly knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything that was being prepared for the restoration of our house. Everything was covered with plastic and closed off so there was no fear of dust getting everywhere. Cleanup was amazing there was nothing left behind. I'm terrible with names but the crew that accompanied Tim was just as respectful as well and treated our house with absolute respect. Zeke was very knowledgeable and straightforward with us today after a water pipe burst in our kitchen wall. He was honest with us and told us that we could do the repair ourselves and I admire when businesses are honest even when they don’t make any money off of you!
