I cannot recommend Restoration 1 highly enough! Dealing with a basement flood is every homeowner’s nightmare, but the team here turned a chaotic situation into a manageable one. They were responsive and empathetic. They arrived on-site quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work with their extraction and drying equipment. What impressed me most was their transparency and communication—they walked me through every step of the process, worked seamlessly with my insurance, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. The crew was professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of my home. They didn't just dry the place out; they ensured everything was treated properly to prevent any further issues.
They showed up within 1 hour of my call, and had the damage to my home removed that day. They brought in all of the equipment to dry out my house from the water damage that had happened, and check on my house daily until it was dry. All of this occurred over 4th of July weekend, and they didn't miss a beat. I felt comfortable working with the entire team and having them in my home. They were very professional and polite. Even our insurance adjuster appreciated their attention to detail with their reports, photos, and house mapping they included. if you have a water loss, I would call these guys immediately.
We highly recommend this company. We had a sewer line break and it caused a big problem. Lots of repair needed. They were all very professional, kind, and friendly. Always came on time. They did an excellent job repairing our bathroom/bedroom/laundry rooms. Our rooms are so much nicer then they were before the damage. When u have damage like this, it is a very stressful time.
