I cannot recommend Restoration 1 highly enough! Dealing with a basement flood is every homeowner’s nightmare, but the team here turned a chaotic situation into a manageable one. They were responsive and empathetic. They arrived on-site quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work with their extraction and drying equipment. What impressed me most was their transparency and communication—they walked me through every step of the process, worked seamlessly with my insurance, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. The crew was professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of my home. They didn't just dry the place out; they ensured everything was treated properly to prevent any further issues.
The best company ever! Dont walk run to call chris, my toilet broke and flooded my house i called restoration 1 and chris answered at 5:00 am he was so kind and professional and he sent a crew right away they were the nicest most honest professional people i ever met i was so impressed they were in and out asap as they could and their work was top notch. After chris sent me his partner for dry wall and flooring etc. I cannot say enough kind words about the guys he sent they are like family to me now. My dad has dementia and his crew helped me walk my dad to the bathroom and were so kind to him. Leo and his dad are amazing people and chris and all the restoration 1 crew are the best in the business. Do not go with no one else you will be amazed at the awesome care they will take with your home and they will make it restored to brand new! I cannot say enough nice things about these people thank god first for them and thank you chris and all your crew and leo and his dad for being the honest and amazing hard working people that you are.
We highly recommend this company. We had a sewer line break and it caused a big problem. Lots of repair needed. They were all very professional, kind, and friendly. Always came on time. They did an excellent job repairing our bathroom/bedroom/laundry rooms. Our rooms are so much nicer then they were before the damage. When u have damage like this, it is a very stressful time. We are so glad First Contact Restoration helped us through all of it. Thank you to Don and his whole team of people!
