I called EcoClean in the late morning of a Thursday. Shiv was out to my house by 3pm the afternoon of that same day to pre survey the water damage that had been done by frozen pipes that had bursted and started to thaw. He quickly evaluated the damage and put a plan into place to have a team there early the next morning to start water removal, dry out, and removal of damaged material. The EcoClean team was very thorough and careful with my belongings that had to be relocated within my house. They even returned to my house immediately, same day, after all the plumbing leaks had been located, to do more work of drying out my house. The drywall that had to be removed was done neatly so as to make further and final repair much less difficult. They used their scanning tools to ensure that all of the areas in my house that were wet were completely dried out. EcoClean are truly professionals at their work! Hopefully, I will never need their services again, but if I do, they will absolutely be the first company I call! The first photo shows the 7 pipe sections that had to be replaced in my heating system that was leaking in my house. The second photo shows the drywall and insulation removal that was neatly removed to dry out my house.
20Jan26, Shiv came out promptly and went over my remediation options for our flooded basement. He gave me a fair price and the cleaning team was here within two hours of my initial call. Outstanding.
We had a great experience with EcoClean from start to finish! Finding mold in the kids' basement play area was disturbing, but EcoClean made the whole process stress-free. They came out immediately to do an evaluation and got me scheduled for remediation/removal the following day. After the mold was taken care of, they were super easy to communicate with regarding the restoration of the basement area. Highly recommend! Shiv was incredibly knowledgable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly.
