I had a great experience working with Cole Osborne (project manager) on restoring my home after having 2 floods back to back. He was very organized, communicative, and consistently on top of every detail. He never missed my calls and if he did, he called right back. The work was well coordinated, timelines were clearly explained, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. He made this terrible experience with the house flooding during both Thanksgiving and Christmas smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.
Spencer Adams and Noah Simmons did a phenomenal job on the inspection at my property. They helped me with not only one loss but two losses. I had a second situation in the basement. He helped me call the insurance company and file a second claim for the basement and the water damage that was down there they came in very professional I am ready to work hard. I cannot stress enough how much effort Spencer and Noah put into pleasing me and making sure everything was all set and ready for the next steps.
