We recently had basement flooding from failed sump pump. RPS was very responsive and professional. I was actually surprised how quickly Sandy picked up my initial call around 1:30am. Someone quickly arrived to assess the level of damage and called in a crew who ALSO quickly arrived to drain all the water (several inches deep in one area). They were all efficient, cleaned everywhere, contained the damaged flooring & drywall, set up dryers & dehumidifiers, and kept us informed and addressed our concerns/questions throughout the process.
