Had a major mold problem with my bathroom. Hero came out right away and did the remediation. Decided to do a remodel at the same time and I was thoroughly impressed. Hero Restoration was excellent from start to finish. I was contacted immediately by Mike for my water damage. He came out the same day to evaluate my damage and explain to me what needed to be done. He started the work that evening. Mike and his team which consisted of Will, John and Jason arrived promptly the next morning with all the equipment for the water mitigation. Mike was very informative throughout the whole process explaining to me everything that was being done and what needed to be done next. He and his team are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They all were very kind, mind mannered and patient. They are very hard workers and they got the job done. They came consistently almost everyday until the job was completed, which was almost a month. I would definitely recommend Hero Restoration for any Restoration damage or Home Improvement needs. They do it all. Mike went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and requests were fulfilled. Hero Restoration looked at my issue with the back deck and suggested the right solution and not a coverup or temporary fix. they listened to my budget and kept the project within the numbers i expected.
