Aaron Latham cleaned all of our carpets and a few upholstered chairs and did a fabulous job. He moved furniture with care to clean the carpet underneath and was able to get expo marker out of an upholstered dining room chair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely book with him again!

New carpet looks ruined!! Dirty looking streak marks everywhere. The carpet was installed 2 years ago and now it looks like 20 yr old carpet. I am so unhappy about this!!! Please fix the problem or totally refund my money so I can have another company clean up this mess!!! This is the worst carpet cleaning that I have ever had!!! As of 12-9-25, this issue is STILL unresolved. #BuyerBeware!!!

I contracted Coit to clean my dryer vent duct, due to work scheduling, I adjusted my appointment a few times and they were very accommodating. The two gentlemen that arrived (on time) were extremely professional and advised me of the work they would perform. I wanted to watch, because I had never had this service completed before. They explained the entire process to me and how often I should have this service completed. They ensured the area was clean prior to departing. I would definitely hire Coit for this service again. They did an excellent job, and my dryer is working so much better now. After seeing what they removed from the cleaning, I am extremely thankful I had this service done.
