I hired COIT to clean 4 bedrooms after having a positive previous experience. The most recent experience I had, the technician was finished in under an hour and he didn’t move furniture I asked him to move to reach trouble spots. Since he finished so quickly, I asked if he moved the furniture and he said yes but couldn’t get the stain out. I checked once he left and he hadn’t moved the furniture, therefore not even trying to get out the stain I specifically mentioned. Very disappointing after having such a great technician the first time I used them.

Aaron Latham cleaned all of our carpets and a few upholstered chairs and did a fabulous job. He moved furniture with care to clean the carpet underneath and was able to get expo marker out of an upholstered dining room chair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely book with him again!

Mike Smalls helped my wife and I as we moved into a new home. He was early, explained what he would be doing, asked for any big stains that were going on I need extra attention. He was very accommodating with our newborn and made sure we were in a different part of the house for her nap time before he started.
