911 Restoration was a great company to work with!! After discovering a water leak in a crawl space resulting in very wet soil , Mike was quick to help by inspecting the damage & quickly providing a detailed written bid that was very well priced. After crawlspace was cleaned out, multiple fans & dehumidifier ran for several days & enzyme application with fogger applied, with final step of full area encapsulation Mike & his team’s work ethic & communication was exceptional- wish all companies could operate like this!! VERY MUCH APPRECIATED 😊

It was a couple of days after a heavy rainstorm that my floorboards started swelling. So by that point, water damage/flooding repair companies were themselves being flooded with requests. 911 Restoration got back to me promptly while others never returned my call. Mike gave a quick estimate, took pictures, and we were able to get to work quickly. He advised me how to go about working with my insurance company, told me what part of the work they would be able to do, and gave recommendations for some companies who could help me finish the job. He was not only professional, but he was also personable and trustworthy. His crew was respectful and hardworking. If I ever have water issues again, I know just who to call.
