They have been absolutely incredible—professional, hardworking, and some of the kindest people I’ve met. Their positive and upbeat attitude brought a sense of comfort during a very difficult time. They’ve also been wonderful with my 2-year-old daughter. She looks forward to seeing them, and they take the time to talk and interact with her in such a genuine way. As a mom, that means more than I can put into words. Fred put together an outstanding team, and Benny runs the job exceptionally well. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and clearly takes pride in making sure everything is done right. I am truly grateful for the care, effort, and professionalism your team has shown. EMS was quick to answer my call on a Thursday evening after hour. Benny came the following day and were able to get everything set up that evening. Benny was incredibly respectful and communicated well through the entire process. If I had questions he responded right away. He checked in with me daily and would come to check levels and make sure things were going in the proper direction. Benny and Mauricio were very quick to have everything removed and worked around my schedule. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I wouldn’t recommend any other company for the job.
For a situation you never want to be in EMS was absolutely AMAZING. Benny, Joe, and JD did an excellent job both on the work and making us feel confident that everything was dry and we would not have anything further issues! Can’t recommend enough!!
