I initially spoke with the owner, Billy, who was incredibly responsive and immediately got one of their mold inspectors, Bill, out to take a look at a mold issue in a home we’re considering purchasing. Bill was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through everything he was seeing, clearly explained what was going on, and outlined how it should be properly treated. Even though DRYmedic doesn’t offer the specific mold fogging service we needed, he went above and beyond—he even reached out to one of their trusted partners and helped get me a quote.
