These guys cam out to cleanup my crawl space after a busted pipe and other issues. The work underneath the doesn’t seem bad. The problem is how the crew had zero respect for my property! They left trash and latex gloves everywhere they went. On a windy day did not even take the time to tie up the trash bags and left them in my driveway. Apparently they couldn’t tell that I had 12 cameras monitoring my property and came to my front window where no work was going on and peeped in. My wife and I were not able to be home as we work. In the backyard they didn’t even bother to put the crawl space opening covers back on properly. Most of the time they were standing around and leaning against my camper. There is still water damage to my utility room floor but I DO NOT want this company inside my home after the quality of work I have seen so far. Attached is pictures of the mess they left and what they should have done.

This was a huge project. Once the cabinets arrived this job took maybe 3 weeks. Truly incredible performance with no reduction in quality. In summary, Restorm and Mario are a winning combination. If you need water mitigation or any home improvement work, look no further. Trust me—you won’t be disappointed!

We' ve never had to deal with a restoration company before and after dealing with Restorm i pray we never have to again. I cannot refer this company. They say one thing, do another. Jaimie doesnt respond to me nor communicate with me but will with my husband. Nick is fine or was when I had communications with him but its been awhile as my husband mostly deals with them since Jaimie cant be professional and communicate with all responsible parties and why i have no idea but it is what it is.There is also too many people in the mix. One day we're speaking to this person, the next day we're speaking to someone else and told the first person is no longer going to be our point of contact but so and so will be then that person goes on vacation so they drag someone else into the mix who doesnt really know whats going on with our situation then just when you think you have a point of contact bam, you're back to the 1st guy but then only for a brief period and the cycle starts all over. NOW THERES SOMEONE ELSE IN THE MIX!! It also appears they dont communicate well between one another, info gets relayed wrong or someone is trying to cover up an error or whatever the case may be. It doesnt sound right, it doesnt feel right and it certainly doesnt smell right. Out of the gate its been a mix up with these guys. We've been patient, probably more so than most would be but enough is enough. They've lost our trust with this company which says a lot because we're very trusting people but come on..if it weren't so frustrating it would be comical. I realize I havent mentioned the exact issue ,and I wish I could, but this may end up going to an atty so I dare not share specifics. You just may want to stay clear of this company and find another one.
