We had an upstairs water heater fail and gallons of water suddenly started coming through a canned light in our first floor kitchen in May 2024. 😬 Thank goodness we were home at the time. We called several companies to get quotes and chose Dry Tech. We were extremely happy and grateful for the professionalism and thoroughness and high quality work they provided for us to get us through several days of drying out our first floor ceiling and the floor upstairs. The price was fair and Ben was always very responsive and great to work with. He explained everything to us before and during the process. My wife and I highly recommend Dry Tech to anyone who needs water removal services.

Our sump pump stopped working and Ben came out at 1 in the morning to assess the damage and start getting everything dried out. They did an amazing job and they were out here everyday checking things and reassessing to make sure they were doing everything to mitigate the chances of getting mold. After five days they were done and had everything finished and put back together and I’m place. We couldn’t be happier with the prompt service and communication. Thanks Ben and Tim.
