We had a pipe burst in our kitchen, where we were recommended to use 1-800 water damage by our plumber. Ricardo was quick to come out and access and start the mitigation process. They worked with our insurance company and took detailed photos along the way and took the stress out of the process. Geoff was able to follow up with all of the repair work to get our kitchen back to normal! I would say “better than before” and they did meticulous work on our flooring and cabinets and addressed all of our concerns along the way. If I ever have another water issue, I would definitely call them back again. Geoff and Ricardo were excellent to work with along the way!

Our project lead was Ben and he did a wonderful job working with us through the process of drying out our leaking shower. We had a complicated project that took a few weeks and he did a great job communicating with us and checking in on the project. They came recommended to us through USAA. Would definitely work with them again.
