When things felt at their worst, Ox Head Restoration stepped in and provided us with peace of mind. Their team delivered at the highest possible level of customer service and professionalism. They handled the problem thoroughly, they communicated with us throughout the entire process, and they even walked us through the insurance process. When they left, I knew that the issue had been resolved. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
I had a major water leak in my upstairs master bath than ran down the walls and thru the ceiling into the rear hall of my kitchen while out of town for 3 days. I came home to a disaster. After contacting my insurance company immediately they reached out to Greg. He, Josiah and their team were there within a few hours at 7:00pm on a Friday night!!! They came in started the process of tearing out and drying out my home. Josiah was there daily for over a week checking the process and altering things as needed. I trusted them completely and gave them the code to my home to come and go as needed. It turned out to be an almost $100,000 renovation. Had they not gotten there as fast as they did it would have been a lot worse. I would without hesitation recommend them 1000% to do any work needed. Once they got my home completely dry so my contractor could take over I ended up having to move out of my home for 4 months while the renovations were being done. Thank you for professionalism and hard work during a very stressful time.
What a truly amazing group! When we had significant water damage in our home, we contacted Ox Head Restoration. Greg was fantastic with communication from the get go, and was great with working with our insurance. The guys in the Ox Head crew who worked in our home, Josiah and Brandon, were unbelievably professional and did an amazing job! We received daily updates and an incredibly comprehensive report. I would highly recommend Ox Head Restoration to anyone in need of remediation/restoration. We couldn't be happier with the work they did in our home.
