Empact (GoDry) did a great job with the water damage restoration work in our basement when it flooded. We worked with Kevin, Isidro, Marc, Fabian, as well as a few other folks. They were very professional and everything went great.

No one wants to have to work with water mitigation, but if you have to then call Go Dry before anyone else. They came to us on a stressful Friday night and Warren worked quick to get us set up for success and eased our worry. He spent extra time getting us ready for the guys to roll in the next day and start the drying process even though it was a late evening for him. Warren continued to be communicative and informative through the process. Fabian and his crew were also amazing …. We really felt like they took care of us and cared about doing their job well. The guys are in and out your home quite a bit so it’s important to feel confident in who you are working with and I’d 10/10 recommend. Our hardwood buckled and they were able to get it to lay down with their drying mats which was amazing. Everyone we worked with at Go Dry went the extra mile - we were 100% satisfied!
