Hired them because they gave the illusion that they do quality work when really they’ll do a rush job and abandon you once it’s finished. When problems arise, even though there’s a warranty in place you get no response or no call back from anybody. All they want is the money. We’ve been without a shower for a month now because nobody wants to contact us or call us back And the shower problem is from poor work they did the first time around. Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I operate a Fine Dining restaurant in the area. We had a fire in a kitchen due to a gas leak. Long story short. Chris the GM took care of everything from the minute they walked in, until the final walkthrough. Not only did they do the work we hired them to do, they recommended people to help assist with dropping the hoods and much more. Chris was available at every text i sent out, no matter how early or late. He made the whole process less stressful and relaxing for me as the operator of the business. I cannot begin to tell you enough of great things about the company. The owners are wonderful people, and they did a superb job on the restoration. They even worked on getting bids for the roof and tried to make sure they didn't overcharge. I cannot post pictures due to company policy. But I can tell you that they had everything done in 2 weeks and we never missed a beat on operations. Great communication, and professionalism. I read some of the poor reviews and I'm shocked to say the least. This was not my experience at all. Thanks Chris, Michael and team!

From the very beginning of our ordeal, a fire destroyed our home, Restore was there comfort us, explain the process and show amazing patience with every question we had. It is a family run business that takes amazing pride in what they do. They are one of the most caring organizations I’ve ever come in contact with. They make you feel that you’re part of their family. Every person is the consummate professional, they attend to every detail knowing that a great deal of emotional attachment is linked with simple photos and children’s drawings. Ever person has demonstrated the ability to communicate in a clear and caring manner. The very same night that we had our fire Restore was there to board up the house so that it was secure. I hope no one ever has to utilize their services but if you do, you could not be in better hands.
