If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the moment Alex came to give me an estimate to the culmination of my project, I was blown away by the level of expertise, professionalism, kindness, honesty, and genuine care about the work they were doing. I had extensive water damage throughout my first floor, affecting many rooms, including my bathroom, kitchen and my basement! Alex came to do the estimation, and my insurance company sent him back to do more measurements, and he was so impressive with his level of knowledge. I had two other companies come out and Alex was by far the most honest and had the most expertise. The other companies seemed like they were trying to rip me off or rip off my insurance company. But not GC Pro! Alex gave me his cell and was extremely communicative with me and helped push through my project to get started ASAP since their was such extensive damage. Chris was my project manager and there are not amount of words to express how incredible this man is at his job (and what a lovely human being he is)! He knew exactly what needed to be done and the very best way to do everything (and there was a LOT to do, including rebuilding walls that had been gutted, floors and below the floors that all had to be removed, baseboards, painting, new cabinetry, painting, wallpaper, etc etc). Chris responded to my litany of anxiety-ridden text immediately. He was in constant contact with the entire team, he was always checking to ensure that everything was being done correctly, he was a perfectionist in the best way possible! He seemed to genuinely care that every part of my project was done with absolute perfection! He was enormously helpful helping me choose materials and advising me on everything from caulk to paint to tile size, etc. Vasyl was the team leader, and he was fantastic! He was also always on top of everything, and very communicative. He was also a perfectionist, ensuring everything was going smoothly. Nassar, two Ivans, and another Vasyl all worked tirelessly on my project. The results are UNREAL! The tile work is sheer perfection, the grout is perfect, the wallpaper is seamless, the paint is like out of a model home, the sinks, cabinets, floorboards, baseboards, even the thresholds between rooms are perfect! Chris and Vasyl went out of their way, bringing sample after sample until they found the perfect threshold for every single floor! Vasyl went online scrolling through a million thresholds till he found one that matched my floor perfectly! Chris continued to inspect everything, having his team re-do a few bits and pieces here and there when he thought that something wasn't 100 percent perfect! As I said, I cannot possibly recommend this company more highly!

My house was a mess. We had a toilet overflow that turned my second floor into a pond and water went through almost the entire home into our basement. I cannot explain the dissappointment and fear that we had cleaning up what we could the first day. We contacted our insurance and they gave us some recommendations. GCPRO was one of them and they did an amazing job explaining the process and taking care of us. They showed up and did the water mitigation, took out all of the affected water damaged areas (which was a lot on the 2 floors and the basement) and rebuilt our home. They handled the content removal as well. From start to finish, Chris Ray, Mike Lebel, and the team took great care of us explaining every step and why we needed to do everything. When we had questions, they had great answers with lots of detail explaining things to us I never would have thought of. I am so grateful to them and USAA for how we were taken care of through this process. They made a massive trajedy a smooth recovery. Thank you all for everything you did.
