My experience with Sam and the Service Master team was very positive! After our washing machine dumped a full load of water on the second floor of our home, we needed quick action. Sam was onsite soon after my initial call (same day) and began the initial assessment. The drying and dehumidification equipment was set up after the consultation and the process of drying our my house began. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I filed an insurance claim and my insurance company said I need a mold inspection first. I called Service Master and even though they were very busy they sent someone out same day. Sam with Service Master showed up on time. He was very polite and professional and if you have crazy dogs, well he was good with them as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of business.
In the subzero temperatures, we had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom which soaked our kitchen ceiling and rained quite a bit of water down on that area of the first floor. We went through this once before so after we shut off the water supply to the second floor we knew just who to call—Sam. He was here with his team early the next morning. They were thoughtful, thorough and took care of the issue at hand quickly. We are a family of environmentally sensitive people and I felt like these guys were very considerate of this. They did need to cut a hole in our ceiling (we will also need for the plumbers to access the broken pipe) but did this in a way that created minimal dust or mess. They wiped up after each thing they did and then used a natural anti-fungal/anti-bacterial product made with thyme oil to sanitize affected areas. I am beyond meticulous about cleaning and I have to say that they left my kitchen spotless. And they gave us a trio of dehumidifier, industrial strength fan and hepa filter/air scrubber for the next few days to dry and clean the area further. If ever in need of this kind of help, do not hesitate to call Sam at Sevice Master. He and his team really do a great job, and I know because we’ve had to call on them more than once!
