I had mold in my attic. Adam responded right away and was able to get me a quote immediately. I was trying to get quotes from other companies, most of them never even called back or prices were outrageous! Steve, Jamie, and one other member came out in a few days. They made sure to put down protection for my flooring as I had new carpets and flooring installed, which I appreciated. All 3 of them were respectful and explained exactly what they were doing, which I appreciated a lot! There was some staining left on my carpet from the microbial spray, but Steve came back out in a few days and cleaned the carpet and made sure the stain was gone! Overall, given the amount of work involved. The price was very reasonable and the work was very clean, organized, and fast! I would definitely recommend them again to anyone. Thank you GWF team!

We had a pipe burst upstairs during that brutal cold snap back in January. Water came through the upper bathroom down into the kitchen and the lower level bath. It basically shut our whole house down and we had to move out while everything got handled. We called and they were out fast, same day. Adam, Steve and the rest of the crew got right to work. They had everything dried out in about four days which honestly was quicker than we expected given how much water there was. They were thorough, kept things clean, and were really patient with us through the whole process. We had a lot of questions and they never made us feel like we were being a hassle. The hardest part was actually dealing with our insurance company. It took almost two months of back and forth before everything got settled but the team stuck with us through all of it. They were there when we needed them most and we're glad we went with them. Would absolutely call again if we ever have another emergency.
