I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Tape was left on all vents and mirrors that were never cleaned. One vent that had visible fire residue was not cleaned at all. The laundry room was not touched, yet I was billed as if the entire room had been cleaned. The company billed for numerous items listed on the estimate that had already been removed prior to cleanup, including the microwave, ceiling fan, and range. I was also charged for cleaning all floors, even though contents were left piled in the middle of the rooms and the flooring underneath was never addressed. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I have dozens more photos and videos documenting the condition of the home after the “cleanup.” Due to the extent of the discrepancies and what I believe to be fraudulent billing practices, a police report has been filed. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
It’s never a good time to have a water leak in your home, but the Romexterra response and remediation team led by our PM Tony Mayoral was excellent— they were efficient and professional in making sure there was no additional damage or mold. Then, we turned the repair project into a bigger bathroom remodel, and we’re really happy with the result. Patrick was an excellent project manager, working with us to ensure the job was done thoughtfully and well. The results speak for themselves - check out the pictures! We’d absolutely recommend them again.
We ended up having a trifecta of winter issues, one of them was a small burst water pipe. We received a generous response from Sammy Cruz and his team, and then great reassurance from Patrick Fitzmaurice and his team. They kept in touch with us every step of the way throughout the repairs, and they did a wonderful job fixing up the place.
