I had a major leak in my master bathroom while my husband was out of town. My master bath, master closet and garage ceiling were flooded with water. I called Restoration Damage Pros of Atlanta and Austin was here within 1-2 hours. I have never been so impressed with a company. I was juggling my 3 very young children with a huge leak and couldn’t be more overwhelmed. Austin came in and immediately connected with my children. They instantly LOVED him, which made things so much easier for me. He brought top-of-line equipment to dry everything out. He had a team of men that worked so hard and well together. They blocked everything off with tarps and zippers, so we could still get what we needed here and there. They had to remove the sheetrock & insulation in my garage ceiling and dried my master bathroom from top to bottom. When they were done, they cleaned everything and my garage is actually much cleaner than it was before the leak. I was so scared I would never feel comfortable that the house was actually dry after such a disaster and I can say with certainty that I can sleep at night knowing Austin took this job.
