It was a pleasure to work with Tidal Wave following a sudden washing machine leak that damaged our upstairs hardwood flooring and downstairs ceiling/walls. From John and the mitigation team’s initial rapid response to the exceptional project management services provided by Artem Makarov, we were able to meet a tight timeline and get repairs done during a planned vacation, thus minimizing the overall impact of the inconvenience to our family (we have 2 young kids and dogs).
