Five stars is not enough. I cannot express the gratitude me and my family have for the quick response, the thorough work, and overall generosity this company showed us through this entire process. We had extensive water damage from our main level, down to our finished basement. This occurred on the night of Christmas Eve. John showed up the next morning, on Christmas Day, and did a preliminary check of all the damaged areas. The very next day he had a team out to remove, clean, and dry all affected areas. Four days later, we meet with Dan, and he begins to plan the repair process. The very next day, we have crew members at our home to begin the repair. I looked at the damage and surely thought this would take a month or months. They were able to repair all damaged areas to better than new in three weeks! The stress of going through this with two little kids, among other items in our home needing to be replaced, was pretty high. However, their diligence and hard-work alleviated a lot of that. The whole time we felt like we weren't just a job, but actual people. I would trust this company every time, to provide great and honest work.

I have never done this, but I am going to post two reviews for this company. The first review that I am posting now is going to be based off of response time, attentiveness, and effectiveness. When I say the bar has been set high… I’ve never had to deal with Remediation companies, but I have only heard the worst and how they can cost you an approval through your insurance for being able to use your benefit. This company since the moment I called my plumber at 10:40 PM on a Wednesday and let them know that I had a Water emergency, has responded within minutes of EVERY point of contact. I contacted my plumber told him I had an issue at 10:40 PM, my plumber said not to panic. He had a great Remediation team and he recommended tidal wave and Mr. John. Mr. Jon was texting me all of the information as well as a link to the company and their reviews on Google Before I ever talked to him on the phone and told me he would be at the address between 8am and 10am the very next morning And not to worry about anything. This contact was based off of my plumber texting him, my information, not me reaching out. He took the initiative to reach out first. Ever since that first conversation, there has not been one time where a text has gone unanswered in a matter of minutes or a ball has been dropped, or I have felt strung along or ignored. I have been helped from the very first step up into this point and with a company that was so confident in what the next steps were, it made me feel comfortable in a situation that I’ve never had to deal with. And they are so coordinated across their team. Everyone is amazing. Mr. Mike , Mr. John, Mr. Collin… All of them, and I am nothing but grateful. They have handled everything up until this point with such a level of professionalism. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else if I ever need the service again. Now my next review will be off of the work that is done and I will show photos of the before and after. I had a freezer line Pop on my refrigerator and it flooded the upstairs and downstairs calling for renovation. The best case scenario is finding people like this. I will be back, this occurrence is covered under my insurance and my agent is talking directly with Mr. Jon, which really makes me feel like I’m in great hands even more so. But I will report back once everything is said and done. So far, I have no worries.

Working with Tidal Wave was so efficient and their process was extremely transparent. They delivered what they promised, and were very upfront about expectations. Specifically, Dan Pavlenko did an amazing job Making sure our home leak situation was handled professionally and quickly. Dan was amazing to work with and directly handled conversations with our insurance company to ensure we were being taken care of. Would definitely recommend using Tidal Wave and very specifically working with Dan.
