The team is great. Dereke and Nicholas were always responsive, happy to answer any questions, walked me through a process I hadn't done before (roof and indoor repairs after a fallen tree) and worked with my insurance so everything was covered. They checked in a couple times after all of the work was done to make sure everything was up to their standards, and sent for fixes in a few minor areas, things I wouldn't have even noticed. They are honest, and my place looks better now than it did before.
I had an excellent experience with Alliance Restoration and Cleaning Inc. Nick and Derek were prompt, professional, and kept me updated on their arrival time. As soon as they got here, they went straight to work and began drying out the water damage right away. Their communication and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend their team!
Nick and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their profession. They handle all the paperwork with the insurance company and personally meet and communicate with the insurance adjuster as needed. They take a very stressful situation and make it a lot easier on the customer. I have unfortunately have had to use their services twice but made a bad situation much better and their work is exceptional. I recommend Alliance highly.
