We had such a great experience with Harry and the team at United Water Restoration Group! From start to finish, everything felt smooth, professional, and genuinely reassuring—especially since this was our first time dealing with mold and water damage. Harry and Sean worked quickly and efficiently, and we were honestly amazed at how much they were able to save—most of our cabinetry, countertops, granite pieces, glass shower doors, and a ton of tile. That’s going to make a huge difference for us during the rebuild phase. They also kept everything so organized...each piece of hardware saved is labeled! Every single person we interacted with was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain things thoroughly (even beyond what we asked), which really helped us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent—we got text updates when they were arriving and leaving—and even though we weren’t home for most of the work, our house was treated with so much care. You’d never even know they had been there… seriously, not even a mess left behind! We’re so grateful for the work they did and are actually looking forward to moving into the rebuild phase with the same company. Huge thank you to Harry, Sean, and Jason!!
Had a leak upstairs that ran downstairs. Their team member Trevor came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. He set up all the equipment and did a great job cleaning up after getting all the drying equipment setup.
