I experienced a roof leak in my home due to Hurricane Milton. Restoration 1 was the first of three companies I contacted, and from the beginning, they stood out. Robert, the project manager, provided clear and professional recommendations on the best way to dry the walls and ceiling. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Troy and JC did an excellent job explaining the entire process—not only to me, but also to my wife—and kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication and professionalism gave us great peace of mind. I highly recommend their services. In fact, my daughter is already in the process of hiring them for work on her own home.
Restoration 1 came to our Parrish home for a duct cleaning service after our new A/C was installed. Aaron and Andy were terrific! They laid down plastic tarps to catch dust and any debris that may have been inside our a/c vents. They hand washed each vent cover as well as vacuumed the inside of all the vents. We highly recommend Restoration 1 due to their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness.
I cannot recommend the Restoration 1 team highly enough! Robert, Troy, Andy, and JC were absolutely fantastic to work with. Dealing with home restoration is never easy, but this crew made the process seamless and stress-free. They were professional, punctual, and paid incredible attention to detail.
