They handled mold testing thoroughly and explained every step of the process clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What really stood out was how seamlessly they worked with my insurance company. They guided me through the process, communicated effectively, and helped reduce a lot of the stress that usually comes with home damage situations. I recently had a serious mold problem at home, and Rapid Recovery Team handled it better than I expected. They made a complicated situation feel manageable from start to finish. Honestly, they seemed too good to be true, but they proved they were the real deal. Reliable, punctual, and straightforward. Fabio and his team did exactly what they promised, and they did it well. I hope I never need their services again, but if anything similar ever happens, they will be my first call. Highly recommended
They came in after the fire inspector was done doing their investigation and boarded up my house after the fire. Then after the insurance was finally ready to settle, they came back in and demo'ed the inside of the house. They did a really good job cleaning everything and hauling it all off in a big roll off dumpster that was really full of a lot of my lost memories from the fire. Was a great house in a great neighborhood with all good neighbors in a cul-de-sac. They was a very big help.
