I was assigned Rainbow Restoration by Allstate for water damage from my building's roof to my condo. Fernando Andaluz did the initial assessment and identified a spot of black mold. After submitting the report his team set up containment, sealing off a section of my living, ran dehumidifiers and employed negative pressure through the window to dry it out. His team had to come back a couple different times to remove a section of the ceiling, spray anti-microbial and do air quality testing. They were flexible to my work schedule. Roy Carter took the time to explain to me what they were doing, clean up small debris and move furniture after they were done. It was an overall positive experience.

I met one of their workers named Carter. He was such a sweet young man. He explained everything to me so that I could completely understand what’s going on with my home and what I need to do to fix it. I have really bad water damage. He assured me that they will be able to fix it. He was very helpful. I plan on using your company to do the demolition work to my house. Thank you again, Carter
