I had an excellent experience with Water Restoration Group (WRG). Their 24/7 emergency response was fast, professional, and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful situation. A special thank you to César Chacín and Mike Fernandez for their outstanding work. They did an excellent demolition job, were extremely careful throughout the entire process, and left everything spotless. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. They also installed drying equipment and performed daily inspections to ensure everything was drying properly and that the restoration process was moving in the right direction. That level of follow-up and commitment made a big difference. I highly recommend Water Restoration Group (WRG) to anyone in need of emergency water restoration services. Excellent customer service, outstanding workmanship, and a team you can trust
Mike and Cesar did an outstanding job at Plaza Del Prado Condominiums after we experienced water damage. Multiple hallways were affected, and they handled the entire mitigation process from start to finish. All of the demolition and mitigation work was completed professionally and on schedule. Their communication throughout the project was excellent—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always responsive. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable restoration team, Mike and Cesar are truly the best of the best. Highly recommended!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Yinet and WRG over the past year while assessing various water-related issues, and I can confidently say they have been amazing to work with. Yinet has been my main point of contact throughout, and she has consistently been absolutely fantastic. She’s always responsive, professional, and quick to mobilize her team whenever needed. Their reliability and efficiency have made a significant difference in addressing time-sensitive situations, and it’s clear they take pride in delivering quality service. I truly appreciate the level of communication and follow-through they provide. I’m looking forward to continuing our relationship and working with WRG as a preferred vendor across all of my communities.
