At First, I had the experience of dealing with a serious water leak in one of our commercial properties in Miami, and the water damage restoration team arrived on the same day. Awhile ago I left the water in the bathroom sink on the second floor running which eventually ended up dripping through to the 1st floor ceiling and left a giant mess. After getting it all cleaned up I figured everything was fine until I recently started seeing and smelling mold under the rug and along the walls. I gathered a list of businesses and was told they'd get back to me with a quote in a couple of weeks. When I called Nexus they had a team come out within the day and gave me a very reasonable quote and an even better turn around time. Now, NO MORE SMELL, or SPOTS.
