Rapid Recovery in Orlando. Supervisor was Brian. Mold remediation. Crew was courteous, detailed, and did a great job caring for our belongings and home. Satisfied with the work done from inspection to finishing the clean up. The only confusion was the disposal of debris. We had a dumpster on the property for construction and did not realize it would be necessary for mold removal. Nothing bad to say about this service.
What can I say...Rapid recovery Team in Orlando was awesome. The outstanding service started when I called them and spoke to Glenn. He was super nice and professional at the same time. He came out immediately and did a thorough initial inspection of the area needing attention and then quoted me a fair price...NO BS...!!! He described to me what I needed done and quickly sent out his team to complete the work and clean up.When Joshua and Brian showed they went straight to work. I knew I was dealing with professionals and that made me feel comfortable. They both were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions along the way. Now that's service people. After they completed the moisture mitigation and repairs they cleaned up the area and set up the dehumidifiers. These guys are very thorough. Finally at the end when Andrew showed up he took some pics and gave area another round of clean up for good measure. He was very professional and courteous to. Bottom line is if you've got any water damage issues then you need to call RAPID RECOVERY TEAM ORLANDO. These guys are the real deal, you'll be in good hands with them.
