Carlos did an excellent job handling the water removal after a burst pipe flooded part of my house. He was professional and reassuring from the start, walking me through the process before getting to work — first assessing the damage and locating the source of the leak, then using industrial extraction equipment to remove standing water, followed by air movers and dehumidifiers to fully dry out the walls and flooring and prevent mold. He checked moisture levels throughout to make sure nothing was missed, communicated clearly at every step, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I'd highly recommend him for anyone dealing with water damage.

Carlos Niemes is just incredible!!! He came from far the same day I called him! Our kitchen had major water damage due to a broken water pipe and there was black mold everywhere. Carlos arrived and was super courteous, calm, knowledgeable, and professional! Everything was clear regarding the work to be done, cost, and time frame. Every contractor that came in afterwards for the rebuild of our kitchen, said the same comment, “these guys who did the mold remediation did an amazing job!
