VODA is amazing! I did thorough research on mold remediation companies, and boy, did I talk to a lot of them. And then Gabriel, from Voda, impressed me with his knowledge, kindness, and PATIENCE because it took me a while to say a final yes. He walked me through EVERYTHING, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Amazing customer service. When they came to our condominium in Miami Beach, they cleaned all four hallways SO well that all the odor and mold (good or not that bad) were gone, and the test was clear (we did a post-remediation verification test with a 3rd party). It was also done quickly, and we didn't even have to vacate the premises. I HIGHLY recommend the VODA company. So happy about my choice. Will recommend to others and other condos here in Miami Beach. Excellent mold remediation experience. Sandra was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Lemoy and Mike were punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough, taking great care to do the job right and keep the area clean. The team made a stressful situation easy and handled everything with care and professionalism. I wish I would have found them years ago. Will definitely use going forward for any services they offer.
