Kenny and Nate were great to work with! When we figured out our bathroom leak involved black water and that we’d need water mitigation and restoration services, the plumber told us he had a company he worked with, and Kenny and Nate were able to come over right away and get the process started. Kenny helped me with the insurance process and was willing to adjust the invoices to match what our insurance was willing to pay when there was a slight difference in the estimate. He also worked with me so that we could make payments as we went and as we received the insurance money. They never pressured us for payment, and were very responsive over email and text. Kenny even called me after working hours to answer my questions since I’ve never done a home renovation before. Nate was also great to work with on getting all of the wet stuff ripped out and dried. He talked us through the process of everything with the restoration and answered all of our questions. We wanted to upgrade our bathroom during the restoration which was a daunting process, but once we made our materials selections, he ordered everything for us and coordinated the delivery and installation of everything. All of the subcontractors they used were nice and professional. Some of them were better than others in terms of cleanliness, but overall did a great job. After most of the work was done, I gave them a punch list of all of the little details that needed to be finished, and they came over and got everything finished up in one day. They even went above and beyond to help put up the lights in our garage that the plumber had taken down during his repair work, and they were even nice enough to take a look at a pocket door in our laundry room that we hadn’t been able to get open since we moved into the house. They were able to figure out the issue with the door and get it working! I would definitely work with Nate and Kenny again and recommend Vertical Restoration to anyone in need of water mitigation and restoration services. Our bathroom turned out great! It’s now the best looking room in the house!

I can't say enough good things about Kenny and Nate. We had significant flood damage and they were on it from day one. They explained everything clearly and kept us in the loop the whole time, which really helped during a chaotic situation. They worked directly with our insurance company and navigated all that back and forth so we didn't have to. They were honest about what needed to be done and made sure the work was thorough.
