I highly recommend this team, (Dominic and Kit) I've had to use ServPro before and was pleased both times; however, this time the management team exceeded my expectations. Kit and Dominic (owners?) were especially good at managing the process and providing information quickly and my calls were returned within 12 to 24 hours. The actual mitigation workers were polite and efficient. They were careful and took extra steps to keep the tear down dust minimal. They were on schedule and good communicators. All employees, the schedulers, those who answered the potential client calls, program managers (Kit) and owners (I believe Dominic and Kit?) were all courteous and attentive and provided answers to each of my questions -- even if asked them to provide the info for a second time.

Brad Restituto assisted my father board up his home after a fire on May 27th. There was no pressure to sign any contracts, or to use ServePro. Brad was professional, caring, and VERY understanding, and helpful. Brad took his time and explained step by step on what will happen.
