My furnace humidifier overflowed and saturated the carpet in an adjacent basement room. Restoration answered their phone on first call and sent a team out within an hour to remove the soggy padding and place fans and a dehumidifier in the room to dry things out. They returned later to install new padding and reinstall the carpet. The crew was very courteous and professional and worked quickly. I was very pleased with my total experience with Restoration Logistics and I feel that their price was extremely reasonable for the work done.
