I would 10/10 recommend using UWRG! 13 months ago, we had a leak in our condo. Austin and his team were right on it to come dry the flooring, walls and remove any damage. Insurance being insurance, dragged their response and Austin immediately provided any documentation and information they needed. He even reached out to the adjuster directly on our behalf. I wish I could say insurance did their part timely, but Austin was so great to work with and communicate where we were in the process. We eventually were victorious in obtaining the full payment for the work and are so very grateful to Austin for his understanding on insurance’s delay and for his stellar work. You won’t be disappointed in hiring this team- great customer service and excellent skill!
Working with UWRG on the reconstruction of my basement living room and tiled bathroom was a very pleasant experience !! Javier was very open to my questions and input on the project, ensuring me we would meet our targeted deadline. His team worked towards our shared goals, providing a very beautiful finished living space. And the tiled shower is fabulous ! There were no obstacles they could not handle. Everyone treated my home with great respect, as if it were their own ! We were all joyful with the finished results !! I am so grateful I was able to hire this wonderful group .
