I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my basement. After having a previous contractor leave things in really bad shape, I was honestly stressed and unsure if it could even be fixed properly. But this team completely turned everything around. They redid the insulation and drywall, fixed all the issues, and made the space look better than I expected. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and take pride in what they do. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me was how they treat their customers like family. I’ve honestly never met anyone so loyal, kind, and genuine. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, especially after the mess left by the last contractor. My basement now feels comfortable, finished, and actually enjoyable to be in. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled work. They truly saved the project for me!
From the time we started our project, the project Manager Mara, walked us through everything (materials, pricing etc) from start to finish. we had mold in our ceiling due to some leaks from the bathroom upstairs and they fixed that and also installed new tiles .
I called Lightspeed Restoration about some furniture and junk we had stored in our garage for pick up. They were able to get the job done within a day and were very reasonably priced.
