I booked this home care company last month because I needed both a full kitchen clean and some light remodling in the bathroom. Overall things went fine, but there was a couple of hick-ups that future customers maybe want to know about. First, booking was easy enough by phone, the lady on the line spoke clearly but she forgot to email me the written quote until I called back two days later. It wasn’t a big deal, just slowed me down a bit with planning. On the service day three workers showed up right on time. They looked prepared, brought covers for the floor so no dust would spread in the hallway, and introduced themselfs politely. The head worker walked me through the steps again which I appreciated since I’m new to this kind of house work. Cleaning part: stove, cabinets and tiles came out pretty spotless. I did find one sticky corner behind the fridge afterwards but they came back next morning and wiped it, no extra charge. Renovation part: They replaced old sink faucet and re-grouted the shower edges. The faucet now runs smooth, zero leaking. The grout line is straight but color is a little lighter than the rest, maybe I should have provided my own shade sample. Lesson learned. About four hours after they left a small smell of chemical cleaner lingered, not too strong, and it was gone by the next day when I opened windows. Waste material was collected in sealed bags which they removed from the site, so disposal seemed handled right. Price felt fair not cheapest in town but clear breakdown on invoice, no surprise add-ons. Staff were friendly, seemed to know what they were doing though one worker kept asking the boss for instructions which slowed things for like 15 minutes. Would I hire them again? Probably yes if I have another medium project, but I might double-check color matches ahead of time and remind office to send paperwork quicker.
