Restoration 24Smoke Damage Restoration in San Diego, CA

I sustained water damage in a downtown San Diego condo due to a leak behind the washer-dryer stack. It also affected the unit below me. Throughout the entire process, from the immediate mitigation efforts (arrived within an hour, fans installed immediately, wet sheetrock and damaged flooring removed by end of day) to the installation of new flooring, Restoration 24 were absolute rock stars! They took care of my neighbor with a mixture of speed and professionalism that left her both surprised and delighted. When the insurance company predictably tried to nickel-and-dime me, Restoration 24 was a true advocate on my behalf. They handled the dialogue directly and got it resolved. Their subcontractor plumber was a straight-shooter -- evidence of the quality of their operation that the businesses they associate with are also 5-star. Quite simply, Restoration 24's people cared. Every single one. It made a big difference in a stressful situation. Very grateful and highly recommend.

From the moment they arrived, I could tell they had plenty of experience handling water damage. They worked efficiently, documented everything for us, and kept the project moving without delays. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I ever needed restoration services.

They ensured that everything was adequately dried before completing the task, were professional, and clearly explained each step. Overall, it was a great experience...
