If I could give more stars I would. We were faced with an emergency disaster situation with a shower valve that burst and caused EXTENSIVE flood damage upstairs and then went through the 2nd story ceiling to our downstairs living area. We didn't know what to do. It was a Thursday night after a long day and we were both quite honestly In shock at what had happened. My wife found RESCO, and they came out within two hours on a Thursday night to assess and start mitigating the situation to avoid further damage. Something your insurance agent will want to hear and you NEED to do in a water damage situation. I can't say enough about how these guys and the team led by Jordan , handled EVERYTHING . Including help with finding other contractors . We are so thankful that we came across them. If you are in the need of assistance, don't wait and honestly there is no need to search further. These guys will help you and it was so reassuring in the midst of what is a huge event in our lives to have someone step up with service and quality of what they do. KUDOS to the entire team and again, especially to Jordan who was there every step of the way ensuring everything was done correctly and how it should be. They also made sure all the tear out was totally cleaned and taken away. Excellent all the way around.

We got recommended RESCO from a plumber we had come by about a possible leak/floor damage we were having. Sure enough, we had mold!! RESCO was professional and thorough throughout the whole process. I had dealt with Micheal (thanks Micheal!) and he was very easy to work with! Great at explaining every step and making sure my house stayed clean! We have a new baby and I appreciated the extra caution he took. Great customer service! And always on time! We had Trevor (or was it Travis!??) that helped us out too and he was great also. I was going to wait until my laundry room was completely done to write this review, but unfortunately the company they recommend hasn’t started and it’s been almost three weeks (ahhh!!!!!) 0_0 ….sooooo I didn’t want to wait too long and forget!! I worked with Erick and Gidion on a project and I can say as a contractor they did an amazing job! This industry can be questionable regarding necessary scope of work and added work in hopes to make a better margin. They walked through the process step by step day after day and kept myself as well as the home owner informed. Erick kept the cost as low as possible and the project to what was necessary in getting the home owners life back to normal as soon as possible. I had an amazing experience working with Resco and would recommend them to anyone.
