SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los FelizSmoke Damage Restoration in Los Angeles, CA

We were displaced by the Eaton Canyon Fires. We had a huge amount of "contents" in our home (a rental). We thought going to a single owner small business over a chain/corporation would give us better and more customized help to match our needs. It did not. We ended up switching, on the experience of our neighbors, to ServPro Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz. They were awesome. They cared. They also had a A-class team of experienced and professional people who also carried that culture of caring and hard work ethic to get the work done quickly but in an organized and caring fashion. John G and his team made a plan to fit our needs, and listened to what we needed and accommodated our special requests. All while keeping the work close to the original quote (which most mitigators blow past). The owner was also extremely kind and worked with us to provide the best service for our budget (as well as accommodating our needs to have extra time to disposition contents that might have been a total loss). I would highly recommend this branch of ServPro to any family in need.

I had an excellent experience working with Rafi and his team at Servpro of Hollywood. From the very first interaction, their customer service stood out—clear communication, fast response times, and a genuine effort to make a stressful water damage situation manageable. Joann, one of their managers, was especially professional and organized throughout the process. She made sure everything was explained clearly, timelines were followed, and no details were overlooked. It’s rare to find a team that combines strong technical knowledge with such a high level of care and professionalism. Their expertise in water damage mitigation and construction repair is obvious. The issue was handled efficiently, correctly, and with long-term results in mind—not shortcuts. The job was done right, and the follow-through was just as solid as the initial response. If you’re looking for a company you can truly trust for water damage restoration and construction work, Servpro of Hollywood delivers on every level. Highly recommended.

Raffi and his team are the best! We've reached out to them on a few unfortunate occasions (roof leak, mold issue in bathroom, etc.) and they've always been extremely responsive, kind, efficient and helpful. They assess the situation, communicate well and with transparency, take care of the problem quickly, and all with reasonable pricing. Water intrusion, damage and mold are never fun but you can have peace of mind knowing Raffi is trustworthy and cares to help, he honestly goes the extra mile every time to ensure full satisfaction! I will always use them going forward and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
