Our kitchen had a pipe burst and water on the floor and under the cabinets. So far, BELFOR, the company selected by AAA Homeowner's Insurance, has done a very good job of clean up. We are now waiting for the next phase of the job.

Belfor was called in by our insurance to come dry out our home after a flood. We chose to hire them for the restoration, abatement and non covered remodel because they went over and beyond for us. They helped us get not only the flood repairs done but made it possible to update and upgrade at a non covered reasonable cost for my older mother who could have easily been taken advantage of. Their transparency, patience and extra care they took with our family home of over 60 years will always be appreciated. Manager Jerry and supervisor Giancarlo were excellent and I would highly recommend them both . All the workers on our complete project Arturo, Mark, Albert, Abraham, Hector and Chris were above par and did excellent work and we now are enjoying what can be considered a brand new home.

Poor communication and minimal effort to fix their own mistakes in timely manner. Obviously cater to businesses over residential jobs, leading to delays of months and months for homeowners. Usually no onsite supervision, and frequently do not do things right the first time. Expect to do your own Quality Control and spend enormous time hounding them to follow through on their commitments. The work they told us they would complete in just 8 weeks (finishing in April) is still not complete today, now 4.5 months later. See 2 photo examples: broken fireplace and dead light switch that connects to nothing. Both were working fine before Belfor got to them...and months later are still not fixed. Some of their staff seem genuinely concerned about their reputation, but others just want to chase the next job.
