Amazing experience! We had an issue with our water filter system under our sink which led to mold in our kitchen cabinet and water damage in the kitchen. We dealt with many people on the team from start to finish. Alonso was our point of contact from the beginning with the crew for the mold remediation and demo. From the very start they were very respectful of our property and very attentive to phone calls and text messages. From there, I was put in contact with Grant who walked the job site and got the ball rolling with project estimates for the insurance to sort through. After that was settled, I was put in contact with the project manager for the work to rebuild and his name was David. From the beginning, David was amazing and very knowledgeable. Manny and Nick were the duo who finished up everything in our kitchen. I was impressed with their knowledge and how they took the time needed to make sure they did as good of a job as possible. Tiffany in the billing department is also a pleasure to work with when it comes to emailing receipts for all Zelle payments. I would happily recommend this company 10/10 times. Thank you for everything, I feel very lucky to have had work done by this wonderful company.

My project involved water damage and drywall and electrical and flooring repairs and replacement. Rainbow did an excellent job in coordinating all the different contractors involvements with this job. They were knowledgeable and professional working with my insurance company. I was totally impressed with the attention to detail especially when it came to leveling the flooring before laminate installation. The installation was done to manufacture specifications to guarantee that my warranty would not be voided. The flooring looks great and my house is as good as new

They were punctual, respectful of the space, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to ensure everything was properly dried and treated, which gave me confidence that the job was being done right and not rushed. There were also a few additional team members involved along the way, and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration for flood cleanup, water mitigation, and mold-related work. They made a difficult situation much easier to deal with and delivered quality results.
