Rainbow Restoration did an outstanding job from start to finish. This was a stressful situation involving water damage, mitigation, and mold concerns, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Project managers Tiffany and Alonzo were excellent—very responsive, clear in their communication, and easy to work with over email. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything stayed on track. On-site, Julio, Oscar, and Pete did a great job with the actual work and monitoring. They were punctual, respectful of the space, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to ensure everything was properly dried and treated, which gave me confidence that the job was being done right and not rushed. There were also a few additional team members involved along the way, and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration for flood cleanup, water mitigation, and mold-related work. They made a difficult situation much easier to deal with and delivered quality results.
I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Rainbow Restoration. Every person we came in contact from start to finish was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would like to give a shout out to Manny, Daniel and Julio who were all exceptional. We had a mold problem after a plumbing leak and Rainbow Restoration came in and made the problem go away just like it never happened. They were respectful of our property, kept a clean job site, finished the job in the prescribed amount of time and did a great job ripping it out and putting it back together. Also a shout out to Tiffany in the office who was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. Thanks again to the team at Rainbow Restoration for the great job. 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We have needed to use Rainbow Restoration twice in the last few years due to two separate leaks. They have been FANTASTIC. They offer immediate help and reassurance. They kept the flooded areas safely enclosed and monitored the progress frequently. Julio is especially my favorite. He is so nice, so friendly, great with my dogs, and truly helpful. Great company (that I hope I don’t need to use again haha but will if I have to)! Highly recommend!
