Ray and his crew are very organized, professional and friendly. Ray explained everything about savable and not savable Personal Property. Ray's crew logged everything, I mean everything, of what was recoverable and what was to be discarded. He then had everything cleaned, wrapped and carefully boxed for storage at his warehouse. He also had a professional cleaner take care of our clothes, shoes, hats, purses, etc which were delivered within days of the fire. Finally, he had all the debris removed. An amazing job. When I moved back home, I was truly amazed how well our saved personal property were labeled and organized, room by room, including garage! Have Ray and his crew to take care of you and your Personal Property. It's devastating enough after a fire so you need a professional like Ray who knows what to do and do it with compassion.
We had a fire in October. We hired Ray and Team at American Fire Recovery. In a case as a fire there are many that will offer their assistance but many seem to be after the money.
