Our expirience with Elevate Pro Restoration started 1 week ago around 11:27 PM after I took a shower I had water damage, the water almost flooded my bathroom. I called them right away, they told me my first steps what to do and after my call they arrived in 21 min. Thanks god there was no traffic😄 After they arrived they did not only inspection but they started to do the job right away cuz I was scared of mold and that all my furniture would damage and get wet. They were so professional, did water extraction, cleaned up everything and left their equipments to start drying procces for couple days. In couple days they came to pick up their equipments and completely finished everything. it was easy to commynicate with them they provided high-quality service!
After a fire in my apartment complex in Los Angeles, apartment was full of soot, the air reeked of smoke. I didn’t know what to do company made it a breeze. They came like in an hour, explained the entire process to me and handled the cleanup with care. Because of them, my flat is back to its normal condition.
